Verified Mini Programs can apply for Weixin Pay. This can be done by logging in to Weixin Official Accounts Platform, clicking "Weixin Pay" in the sidebar, and submitting necessary documents.
If a merchant already has a Weixin Pay merchant ID, they can link it with the same or different entity AppID through self-service authorization. For detailed instructions, see AppID Authorization Management Introduction - Weixin Pay Merchant Platform.
