昨天升级到最新版 3.6.0.18无法打开（空白，不断刷新），旧版3.5.0正常。

系统为WIN10，用户为普通用户，管理用户都试过，一样无法打开，电脑好像不断的在刷新，键盘和鼠标像卡死一样，无法工作。

新版版又出现这个问题，而且管理员模式不好使了，哥哥们发版都不测试的吗？
