视频号同步更新商品接口报错需要开通运费险，但客户后台运费险是开通的，通过接口请求返回的数据未开通运费险，需核查下为什么接口跟后台数据不一致？

微信小店的商品编辑在进入时会前置校验店铺的运费险状态，如果店铺运费险要求必开则会在编辑页自动打开运费险，但是需要提交后生效。所以会有 打开编辑页看到运费险是开的，但是api上架又不成功的情况。
