麻烦微信公众平台官方能够辅助处理,崩溃了。
最近收到微信群报警信息:
这个信息之前收到过,貌似重启服务器恢复了,但是这次重启没有任何效果,通过检查nginx的access.log 文件,发现微信有时候没法访问我方机器。通过微信提供的接口:

发现:162.14.*.* 段的ip全部无法ping通,我方所有在腾讯云香港的机器都出现这个问题,请问这是怎么回事呢?没有任何拦截ip操作,防火墙正常,代码逻辑正常(只要能访问的一定会返回数据)。

补充,其实我们发现,我们在提交链接的过程中微信的服务器发现不了我方机器,总是超时:
但有时候又是可以的,所以这是怎么回事呢?
你好,检查是否第三方设置了防火墙拦截。联系下服务器的运营商排查下。

我们服务器已经迁移到上海阿里云了, 并且不打算用回香港腾讯云
你们这个问题,打电话客服都不受理, 提工单腾讯云踢皮球给微信, 微信又爱理不理的, 实在耗不起
这个问题要是等你们修好, 足够小公司倒闭3次了
知道你们微信不在乎C端用户的生死,
但建议贵信, 可以开放个工单渠道给第三方平台, 毕竟也是B2B
