Review App Process Over 7 Days?

I have applied my App for approval, and it has been over 7 days of reviewing process. Can you kindly advice the status of my application? And what I need to do to revise for resubmission?

      We have processed the app status u submitted on the 6th on the 12th.

      The reason for rejection is: The official website you provided cannot be accessed, so this review is not passed. Pls provide a valid official website to resubmit the app status.

      您好，我的网站是可以访问的，也是在美国正规申请的。请输入 www.myskybay.com 就可以进去了。您可以在试试看吗？我也是直接打以上的网址就可以进去了。我的mobile App实际上是以手机为主，网站只是一页指导用户去下载App的地方。请您再次试试看，谢谢！
