小程序第一次蓝牙连接，调用wx.writeBLECharacteristicValue写入成功，设备主动关闭蓝牙连接。
小程序检测到蓝牙连接断开后后再次做蓝牙连接，连接成功后查询服务和特征值，然后调用wx.writeBLECharacteristicValue写入另一个服务的特征值失败
errcode：10006，msg "noconnection"
