我们会尽快优化这个超时的问题
目前上传错误，再次重新上传的时候，ci内部还是会重新执行compile。项目代码量大的时候，耗时会很长。
ci能否在不需要重新compile的时候跳过compile直接进行upload?
或者可以把compile和upload分离并开放出来，由调用方自己决定？

Hi, I needed to translate the comments to get an understanding on the problem. I am just evaluating the miniprogram-ci package (version 1.6.1) with a very simple typescript project and got the same error.
20003 Error: {"errCode":-1,"errMsg":"get new ticket fail: innerCode: -80011"}Any comment on this issue? Is there a way to change the timeout parameter? Other options? Thanks in advance
20211115 Update: We tested the same package within China location and worked correctly, but if we use locations outside of China it alyways get the same error.
So far could not test anything with the miniprogram-ci package. Is there a possibility to change the timeout to a parameter the default timeout needed?
20211116 Update: finally the problem was the private key, a new one got the case working. It would be nice to return another error message for these situations. We expended a lot of time trying to troubleshoot this one. thanks!
