下载文件提示域名不在列表中，但是实际是在列表中的？

只有将`open.weixin.qq.com`添加到下载列表中才可以正常下载，但是也不稳定，时而好用，时而不好用，这是怎么回事呢？

      我没有从open.weixin.qq.com下载任何东西，我填写的是别的url，但是报错的时候报出了open.weixin.qq.com，像是所有的url都从这里中转了。
