WeCom has group message push using webhooks, i want to use this feature in wechat group message, how can i solve my problem? I need to send message in group chat by exteranl trigger. I can not use WeCom
You can apply for a WeChat Official Account (Service Account) or a WeChat Mini Program to send messages to users (see https://mp.weixin.qq.com/). However, WeChat does not support using an API to control one personal account to send messages to another personal account, nor does it support sending messages to WeChat Groups.
