将base64图片转binary后存到临时文件中, 通过getImageInfo可以得到图片信息并执行success回调, 我在回调中将图片画到canvas上时报错(偶尔会出现), 出现后必须清除小程序缓存

目前我设置了15秒的定时器, 没有成功画出图则进行提示
