我们现在是三方开放平台S。
客户A把小程序授权给我们，但是客户A的小程序管理的是他自己的开放平台账号A1，没有关联我们的开放平台S。
只有在第三方平台授权管理中有我们的平台，那么我们能够获取到客户A的用户unionId吗？
同样微信公众号也没有关联我们开放平台账号，但是授权给我们（三方平台）了，能获取到用户的unionId吗？
