    你好，40003不合法的 OpenID ，请开发者确认 OpenID （该用户）是否已关注公众号，或是否是其他公众号的 OpenID。查看你的请求是客服消息，请检查你调用信息。

      你到底要调用什么下发什么呢？你这里请求是客服消息的接口，跟你说的订阅并不符合。你前面调用的信息显示40003不合法的 OpenID ，请开发者确认 OpenID （该用户）是否已关注公众号，或是否是其他公众号的 OpenID。检查是不是用户取关了或者获取了其他帐号的openid，openid在不同帐号下都是不同的，无法调用成功，45015是超过48小时，不在48小时互动期内不支持唤起客服消息。

      你检查下是不是该用户取关了，或者你用了其他帐号下的用户的openid
