昨天起到现在，服务号发送模板消息收到4次错误号 40258 ，看上去是相同用户指定时间内收到相同内容触发的错误？这个错误号在以前从来没遇到过，官方文档也没找到介绍。

请官方介绍一下这个错误的触发规则，以便服务号后台研究应该如何规避。谢谢。
