我想把个人小程序某个页面转跳到非主体的关联公众号，但是开发者平台说个人的不能认证 那就是现在个人小程序不能转跳任何关联公众号了，哪怕是非主体关联的都不行？只能在公众号引导用户使用小程序？ 而且，我想知道如果个人小程序放了公众号的二维码图片，是不是也会被ban？
