如何判断用户是否授权消息通知的权限

开发者可以通过 getAppAuthorizeSetting 接口判断用户已将哪些权限授权给 App，具体可查看 notificationAuthorized、notificationAlertAuthorized、notificationBadgeAuthorized、notificationSoundAuthorized 的返回值。
