This interface provides the accessor with the ability to debug the decryption and other basic logic of the payment notification interface on its own before a callback. If version 1, it will be notified twice to test whether the encryption and decryption are correct and whether there is a check.Calling this interface triggers the WeChat back end to send test data to the url for a payment result notification.
