# 3.1 Open the Pro version

Weixin Mini Program Merchants / developers can adjust the storage cycle and reporting quota of relevant data capabilities in the professional version according to their own needs, and pay the corresponding fees.

> For example, in the past year, the average daily number of open 4 Weixin Mini Program A, the basic price of opening the professional version is 588 yuan / year (preferential price 388 yuan / year).Because of business requirements, Mini Program A wants to extend the query range of platform data, so the configuration of the corresponding query range is upgraded from the default "1 month" to "3 months," and the corresponding cost of the configuration upgrade is 100 yuan / year. The final opening of the We Analytics Professional Edition costs 488 yuan / year (388 yuan + 100 yuan). (1) Professional base price We Analytics Professional determines the base price of the technical service fee for the coming year based on Weixin Mini Program "Average number of daily openings in the past year."After calculating the "average number of daily openings in the past year" indicator on the 1st of each month, it does not change for the month.

(3) billing rules During the validity period of the We Analysis Professional Edition, no matter whether the daily average number of open times increases or decreases in subsequent Weixin Mini Program, there is no need to make up / refund related fees.The newly released Mini Program, within 200 days of the release of the first version, can experience the We Analytics Professional for free.

# 3.2 Renew the Pro version

(1) Deadline demotion We Analysis Professional Edition is valid for 1 year (366 days), and if you do not renew it within 7 natural days after expiration, it will automatically be downgraded to We Analysis Basic Edition on the 8th natural day after expiration.
(2) Validity period We Analytics Professional is available for early renewal at [Paid Management - Version Management].To ensure continuity of data storage, a successful renewal of the Professional Edition will automatically extend by one year (366 days) on top of the current Professional Edition's validity period.

For example, Weixin Mini Program A is currently valid for 2024 / 1 / 1-2024 / 12 / 31.After expiry, if you do not complete a renewal before 2025 / 1 / 7, you will automatically drop to the Basic version from 2025 / 2 / 8. If you renew the Pro version early, the expiration date will be extended to 2025 / 12 / 31.

(3) configuration adjustment Supports adjusting configuration items when renewal of the Professional version. After a successful renewal, the current Pro version will automatically switch to the latest configuration item when it expires.
(4) Expanding the involvement of conflicts To ensure the consistency of the data storage rules of Weixin Mini Program, if configuration changes occur when the Pro version is renewed, the unused portion of the purchased expansion packs will automatically expire, and it is recommended to reasonably estimate the usage of the expansion packages before renewal.
(5) Refund We analysis professional version is not effective and 7 days from the date of payment, support a full refund. Refunds are not supported for the time being after the release takes effect or more than 7 days.

# 3.3 Buy a reported expansion package

(1) Rules for Excessive Reporting Both the Basic and Professional editions have limited quotas for Business / Development Reporting Data. If the reporting quota is exhausted on that day, if the reporting extension is not ordered, subsequent data reporting will fail and not be recorded. We Analytics Pro can be purchased from the Reporting Expansion Pack at Paid Management- Reporting Usage.

(2) Data retention cycle After the expansion package is successfully purchased, its data retention cycle will automatically be set to the current Pro version's data retention period and no adjustments are supported.

For example, when Weixin Mini Program A opened the Professional Edition, the retention period for business class reporting data was set at 1 year, and the retention cycle for subsequently purchased "reporting extensions" was also set at 1 years.

(3) Validity period The expansion package is valid for 180 days and the remaining amount cannot be continued after it has expired.

(4) The order of deductions When the reporting amount in the version is exhausted, the priority deduction is given to the purchase date earlier and the expansion of the package amount during the validity period.

(5) Refund A full refund may be provided for expansion packs purchased until they have expired and are not used.

For example, Weixin Mini Program A, respectively, on January 1, March 1, May 1 to buy three "reporting expansion packs."By 1 July, the expansion package purchased on 1 January had expired 180 days and was not available for use. When reporting exceeded the version configuration limit on July 20, the reporting limit for expansion packages began to be deducted, with priority being given to expansion packs purchased on March 1 because the purchase date was earlier. Expanded packages purchased on May 1st are eligible for a full refund until they have expired and are not used.

# 4. Common problem

Q1: Can the query scope / save period of various types of data support longer time periods? The current query range / retention maximum for various categories of data is detailed in the system under Paid Management - Version Management, for example, the longest query range for platform data is currently nearly 3 years. If you need to query longer-term data, you can submit the relevant application within the system, and you will be notified in a timely manner when the corresponding query range is added.

Q2: When opening the professional version, the query scope of the platform data was adjusted to nearly 2 years, but it was found that some indicators did not have data from 1 year ago. Due to historical reasons and the different time periods each data signage comes online, the maximum query range promised by the professional data signage is the maximum. When the "earliest trace date" of a statistical indicator is less than the version configuration, the "earlier trace date," is taken. If it was earlier than version configuration, the version configuration takes precedence.

For example, Weixin Mini Program A launched We Analytics Professional on January 1, 2024, and set the query range of platform data to nearly two years.Among them, the "access analysis-search channel" badge was launched in November 2022, and the statistical indicators under the badge dated back to 7 / 1 / 2022, Therefore, even though Mini Program A's platform data query range is nearly 2 years, under the "access analysis-search channel" sign, the query for relevant statistical indicators is only supported until 2022 / 7 / 1, and the relevant data for 2022 / 1 / 1 cannot be viewed. The earliest dates of a statistical indicator under each data bar can be viewed in the corresponding document explaination. Q3: When you renew the Professional version, you choose to extend the query range of the Data Kanban. Do you support backtracking for historical data that you cannot view before? The platform goes back as far as possible to trace the data, but it can't promise that all of it will be back. If you need to retain relevant data for a long period of time, it is recommended to select the appropriate query range when opening the Professional Edition or to download relevant data regularly.

For example, when Weixin Mini Program A opened its Professional Edition in 2024 / 1 / 1, the query range for platform data is set to nearly 1 year, and by 2024 = 12 / 31, the most long-term indicator can be retrieved is 2024 - 1 / 1.When the Pro version is renewed in 2025 / 1 / 1, Mini Program A will change the settings to nearly 2 years, and the We Analytics platform tries to trace relevant data back as far as possible, but cannot guarantee that all statistical indicators can trace back to 2023 / 1 year ago.
