WeChat Gateway billing mode is: fixed package + credit resource package. The gateway needs to be purchased and used in accordance with monthly subscription fixed package , with certain basic QPS and bandwidth;If you encounter a situation such as an event that requires a short period of increase in the quota limit, you can purchase a resource package to supplement it.

Discounted resource packages are divided into "elastic resource packages" and "pressure resource packages." The difference between the two is as follows:

• Flexible resource pack: For online business activities, the maximum quota is raised, the charge is calculated daily according to actual consumption, and the refund is calculated according to the actual consumption of the business after the resource pack ends.
• Pressing resource pack: In addition to increasing the maximum amount of online business activities, it also supports concurrent increases in the maximum limit of pressing tools during the validity period (any pressing can be initiated within the maximum period). However, because the pressure resources have been reserved, no refund is supported regardless of whether the pressure resource package is used or not, and the amount used.

Access to WeChat gateway success, WeChat gateway default gift valid until July 31, 2026 entry version package (specification: 100QPS / 2Mbps) for developers to access, secure Weixin Mini Program and improve the quality of service.

# I. Fixed Packages

The price of the version plan and corresponding content information are as follows:

From time to time, the gateway will introduce discount package prices or discount buy-through campaigns on the console. The price information for the campaigns is not reported in this document. Whether you can enjoy the discount prices is based on the console display.

# 1.1 Package parameters explaination

1. QPS : Business concurrent volume per second, and requests exceeding the package QPS quota, will automatically be downgraded to the original business public network link and will no longer be protected and optimized by the WeChat gateway WeChat private link.
2. Application packet bandwidth : the sum of the request and response packet sizes passed through the gateway every second, beyond which the gateway automatically rejects new requests, and is downgraded to the original business public network link, which is no longer protected and optimized by the WeChat WeChat private link.
3. Number of Services : The total number of services (Weixin Mini Program, Web, H5, APP) that the gateway can provide;
4. Nearest access : WeChat gateway supports multiple access nodes in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, etc., and service requests nearest access;
5. **DDoS protection **: Protection against DDos (distributed denial of service) attacks;
6. CC Protection : Ability to protect against CC attacks;
7. Performance monitoring : The performance of each service network request, including the request success rate, request time, request size and other monitoring indicators
8. Security monitoring : The request situation of each service being linked by WeChat gateway due to abnormal situation
9. Grayscale access : Supports Weixin Mini Program On-Line version for grayscale access to a certain percentage of traffic WeChat Gateway
10. Custom security protection policy : Supports custom configurations for the business WeChat-0]] Gateway protection policy is blocked by the WeChat gateway or by the business decision whether to block it
11. Weixin Mini Program end private protocol : self-research private link support for Mini Program end, secondary encryption transmission, greatly improve the threshold of crawling

QPS, bandwidth beyond, it is recommended to upgrade WeChat gateway package in time.

# 1.2 Version Notes

Currently, the gateway is available in the following standard package versions:

1. Entry version: Suitable for start-up business with QPS less than 100;
2. Basic version: suitable for QPS less than 500 initial business use;
3. Standard Version: Suitable for small and medium-sized businesses with QPS less than 1000;

If the above 3 version packages are still not available for business use, go to " WeChat WeChat Gateway Console - Technical Support" After scanning into the user group, contact the administrator, and the product technician will customize the package version according to the actual business situation.

# 1.3 Duration of purchase

Purchases can be made on a monthly / annual basis, and the monthly effective period is fixed at 30 days, not by the number of natural months; The fixed annual validity period is 360 days.

For example: Order for a package on February 1st. The purchase period is 1 month. The package is valid from February 1 to March 2nd

# 1.4 Package renewal

A renewal is made for the current usage version. When the renewal is successful, the duration of the usage version will be updated according to the duration purchased.

For example, if the current version of the subscription is the Standard Edition, valid from 1 October 2023 - 31 October 2023 and renewable for 2 months, the current version will be valid from 1 Oct 2023 - 29 December 2023 after the renewal

In addition, the total duration of the plan after renewal is not allowed to exceed the current 1 year, i.e. the validity period of the current plan + renewal time < the current time future 1 year time.

# 1.5 Package upgrade

When the business grows, the existing package version QPS / bandwidth amount does not meet the actual needs of the business, and the amount needs to be increased to upgrade the package version.WeChat gateway supports package version upgrade in place, effective immediately;The remaining validity period of the current version will be converted into cash according to the remaining days, deducting the amount payable for a portion of the upgraded plan version.

The formula is: Upgrade Payment Amount = Target Upgrade Package Price X Number of Months Purchased - (Current Package Price / 30) X (Current Package Number of Months Purchased * 30 - Days of Use of Current Package)

• Definition of the number of days spent: the days during which the user used the version of the plan; For example, if the user purchased the standard version on February 15, 1 month, and wants to upgrade on February 17, the user has used it for 3 days;
• Unless there is an end to the calculation formula, the upgrade payment amount will be rounded up and rounded up to points.
• The length of the upgrade purchase must be greater than the remaining valid months; For example, if the user's current version of the plan has a residual period of 1 month and 15 days, when upgrading a plan, the purchase period needs to be selected for 2 months, and it is not supported to select less than equal to the residual months of the existing plan.

For example, the user purchased the Starter Edition (priced 899 yuan / month) package for 1 month, used it for 2 days, and found that the business needed a larger QPS quota and needed to upgrade to the Basic Edition (price dropped 3,900 yuan a month) package.The number of months of upgrade purchase is 1 month, at which point the user will need to pay the amount of: 3999 1 - (899 / 30) (1 * 30 - 2) = 3,159.93333333. Due to the unsolvable situation, the upward settlement will eventually require the user to pay: 3159.94.

# 1.6 Product downgrade

If the existing package version QPS/bandwidth is redundant, you need to downgrade the package version. In the console billing management, select the target plan for the expected deployment to renew it.

The derogation does not take effect immediately, but rather after the end of the validity period of the currently active package. After performing the deployment renewal and until the deployment is effective, the console cannot perform any deployment, renewal, or upgrade, and you must wait for the deployment to take effect before doing so.

Since the reduction operation affects the scheduling of system resources, it is not supported to withdraw refunds for reduced meals; Renewal is recommended during the last week of the current plan's validity.

After the downgrade is renewed, an invoice can be issued immediately after payment of the order.

# 1.7 Product Expires

The plan version purchased for the product expires without renewing, and the platform will no longer support the business to continue using the corresponding versions.WeChat Gateway, all traffic will go through the original business public network link and is no longer protected by the WeChat Gateway and the WeChat private link. It needs to be repurchased after use. Please pay attention to the expiration time of the package and renew it in time.Console-related configuration information is not processed and is resumed after renewal.

# II. Resource Pack

# 2.1 Resource Pack Dxplaination

Resource packs are supplementary to the base of fixed packages, used in scenarios such as peak activity and business balancing, which require a short time to increase the gateway QPS / bandwidth ceiling to avoid exceeding, resulting in protection failure and affecting the intended effect.

Resource packages are divided into elastic resource packages and oppressive resource packages. The difference between the two is as follows:

Flexible resource packs: is used to increase the maximum amount of online business activities, deductions are calculated daily based on actual consumption, and refunds are calculatable based on the actual consumption of the business after the resource pack ends.

Pressing resource pack: In addition to increasing the maximum amount of online business activity, it also supports concurrent increases in the maximum limit of pressing tools during the validity period (any pressing can be initiated within the maximum period);Because the ballast resources are reserved, no refund is supported regardless of how much the Ballast Resource Pack is used or not. Currently, it is supported to purchase a 1-to-5 day resource package by day within an optional 30-day period from the same day to the next month (one-day validity period: the default validity period is 00: 00: 00 - 23: 59; if purchased on the same day, it will be valid until 23: 59 that day and will not be extended).

The resource package size can be purchased flexibly, the current input is based on QPS (100 integer), and the bandwidth is provided in accordance with a fixed ratio (bandwidth: QPS fixed ratio is 1: 50).

Listed unit price: 99.90 yuan / (100QPS * 2Mbps) / day (discount will be reflected in the price calculation)

For example: buy the 200QPS resource pack from August 7 to 9 (3 days) in 2024, the total price is: 99.90 X 3 days X (200QPS / 100QPS) = 599.4 yuan

The resource package allows for overlapping purchases, with deductions being billed in order of purchase, while the total amount that can be purchased is limited as follows:

• Elastic Resource Pack: Single resource pack can be purchased up to 10 WQPS, allowing stacking purchases.
• Pressure measurement resource package: all users of the platform share 10 WQPS a day, if other users buy pressure measurement resource package and the total amount of 10 WQPS in a day, the resource package is sold out and cannot be purchased; If a multiple-day expiration date is selected, the daily pressure resource inventory will be checked, and if the inventory is exceeded on any one day, the order will not be supported.

For example: optional 200QPS resource package, the default fixed with 4Mbps bandwidth. If you use bandwidth as a benchmark for purchasing, you need to multiply it by proportion.

# 2.2 Resource Pack Use

Resource packs allow for a combination of purchases to be used, and the corresponding rules for the period of validity are as follows:

1. Both flexible resource packages and pressed resource packages support same-day purchases, effective immediately until 23: 59 that same day (shorter validity period, unchanged price. Planning in advance is advised not to make temporary purchases)
2. On the same day, the total amount of resources package within the validity period is calculated, and the fixed package amount is added, and the upper limit QPS and bandwidth amount of the day are displayed in real time.

Daily deduction rules for flexible resource packages:

1. At the end of the day, the highest QPS and bandwidth per second will be taken out, and the maximum values of "Maximum QPS" and "Maximum Bandwidth * 50" will be used as the billing base values for the day. The baseline billing value is measured in hundreds and less than 100 is calculated by 100 to obtain the final billing value.
2. The billing value will deduct the amount of the package in order and the amounts of the resource packages in order of purchase (if there is a pressure resource package, the pressure resource package will be deducted first).
3. Deduction on the day of the resource package * Unit price of the resource (unit price at the time of order placing) / 100 = Amount of deduction for the day

The final refund amount will be calculated following the end of the resource package's validity period based on the amount of the order and the daily charge. The specific refund composition can be viewed in the order details.

Pressurisdiction Resource Pack Dxplaination:

1. In addition to increasing the maximum amount of online business activities, the balancing resource package also supports concurrent increases in the maximum limit of balancing tools during the validity period.
2. The actual pressure measurement QPS amount is: fixed package amount + resource package superposition amount.If the QPS for a fixed plan is 1000 and an additional 9,000 QPS Pressure Gateway resource packs are purchased, the maximum pressure capacity is 1000 + 9000 = 10000 QPS (if your resource pack capacity + fixed plan capacity exceeds 10 W, you still provide pressure resources at 10 W capacity)

# 2.3 Resource Pack Refund

The refund rules for flexible resource packages are as follows:

• Before expiry: At present, the flexible resource package does not support pre-expiry refunds. Requirements need to be confirmed before purchase. A follow-up plan supports pre-expiration refunds. (Due to system resource redeployment, if less than 10 per cent of the total amount is consumed, a 10 per cent deduction will be imposed. Please be careful to schedule the amount of flexible resources)
• Duration: No refund is supported during the duration of the resource package. If you need to stop access, simply stop gateway access. The elastic resource package will be refunded based on actual use charges at checkout.

For example, if you purchase a 200 QPS resource pack from 7 to 9 August 2024 (a total of 3 days), but do not have any access on 8 or 9 August, then the cost of the 8 or 9 resource pack will not be deducted when you refund it and will be refunded based on actual use deductions after the expiry date.

The rules for reimbursement of compact resource packages are as follows:

• Pre-expiry: At present, the compression resource package does not support pre-expiry refunds. Requirements need to be confirmed before purchase. A follow-up plan supports pre-expiration refunds.
• Validity period: Because the ballast resources are reserved, no refund is supported regardless of how much the Ballast Resource Pack is used or not.

# 2.4 Settlement of flexible resource packages

After the expiration of the flexible resource package, the system will automatically enforce the deduction according to the billing logic and return the remaining charges to the original payment method. The deduction rules are as follows:

1. At the end of each day, the maximum QPS and bandwidth per second will be taken out, and the maximum value of "Maximum QPS" and "Maximum Bandwidth * 50" will be used as the benchmark value for the day.
2. The baseline billing value is measured in hundreds and less than 100 is calculated by 100 to obtain the final billing value.
3. The billing value is deducted from the package quota, and the remaining value is reduced in order of purchase of the resource package (if there is a pressure resource package, the pressure resource package is deducted first)
4. Deduction on the day of the resource package * Unit price of the resource (unit price at the time of order placing) / 100 = Amount of deduction for the day
5. After the resource package's expiration date, the system will refund the "actual payment price - daily deduction amount" within 7 business days.

# III. Product Orders

WeChat All orders purchased by the gateway will be recorded in the list of "Space Management - Cost Center - My Orders" in order to view all orders in the platform.

# 3.1 Orders pending payment

After the order is submitted, the order that has not been paid successfully becomes in the status of "pending payment" in the order list.

• 1. Orders pending payment can be supported to continue payment in the Order List and orders are automatically cancelled after 8 days;
• 2. If the current gateway has an unpaid order, the user submits the order again and the order will be automatically cancelled.

# 3.2 Use details

When you purchase a discounted resource package, you will be provided with a page showing detailed usage. Among them:

Resilient resource packages:

• Before expiry: display resource package quota and order amount
• Valid: display resource pack quota and order amount, as well as daily usage and deduction amount (the day before display the next day)
• After expiry: display resource package quota and order amount, as well as daily usage and deduction amount, detailed refund calculation formula and refund status

Pressurisdiction Resource Pack:

• Before expiry: display resource package quota and order amount
• Valid: Show resource package quota and order amount
• After the expiration date: display resource package quota and order amount

Special note: Because one-day usage may be deductible for both fixed plans and multiple resource packages, a usage deduction sequence table is provided in all resource package usage displays for an intuitive display of deductions. You can view the usage of all resource packages that participated in the deduction on that day directly through the details link.

# 3.3 Order Refunds

Refunds are not supported for the time being when a flexible resource package is not used; You must wait for the end of the validity period to be automatically settled and refunded of the unused portion. After the settlement, you can normally issue an invoice. (Because system resource redeployment is involved, if less than 10% of the total amount is consumed, it will be calculated at 10%. Please be careful to schedule the amount of flexible resources)

Orders paid for gateway packages, compression resource packs, and special events involve system resource allocation, so no refund is supported for renewals, upgrades, or deployment types. Invoice can be issued normally after placing the order.

# 3.4 Credit Loan Support

Post-paid credit card support is not currently available.

# IV. Invoices

You can enter the "Space Management - Cost Centre - Invoices" page when the "Amounts that can be invoked" is not 0. The amount that can be invoked is the amount of the product package purchased under this space and the payment of the order resulting from the success.

The operational process is as follows:

Select the order that you want to bill, click "Bill" and go to the billing pop-up page. Click the "Edit" button to fill in the information required to open a ticket. Click "Submit" to enter the billing process. After the receipt of the invoice has been successfully processed, click on "view" to see the details of the income statement.

# 4.1 Statement of invoice

1. Types of invoice. There are four types: general VAT invoices for enterprises, special VAT invoicesfor enterprises, general VAT inversionsfor organizations and general VAT investries for individuals, which can be selected according to the needs of the business;

• For personal VAT ordinary invoices, you only need to complete the < invoice increase > information;
• Special VAT invoices for enterprises need to be perfected for invoice headers, taxpayer identification number, unified social credit code, bank account opening, registered address, and company registration telephone.
• General VAT invoices for enterprises, general VAT invoices of organizations, must fill in the invoice head, taxpayer identification number, unified social credit code, select the bank for opening an account, the registered address, and the company registration phone.

2. The method of obtaining invoices supports both paper invoices and electronic invoices;

• Specialized VAT invoices for enterprises are currently only supported by paper invoices - mail. Alternative types of electronic invoices are appropriate;
• After the paper invoice is submitted, the platform will make the invoice within 60 working days and mail it according to the mailing address filled out. Please be patient; Express mailing time is not included within 60 working days;
• After the electronic general invoice is submitted, the platform will make the invoice within 1 working day;

3. The status of the invoice is divided into four states: "unbilled," "in billing," "cancelled" and "successful":

• In the status of "unbilled," billing can be processed;
• The status of "in billing" allows you to view or modify billing information;
• The status of "cancelled" means that the bill was cancelled;
• The status of "successful invoice" is that the invoice was successfully withdrawn;Support to view invoice details, such as the choice of electronic invoice, you can "insert WeChat card package," "download" (support pdf format) and other operations;

4. One order corresponds to one invoice;

• It does not support the consolidation of multiple orders to issue one invoice;
• It does not support several invoices being issued in a single order;

5. The purchased flexible resource packages did not end their validity period, and due to the possibility of subsequent refunds, they do not support invoicing during the validity period and need to be invoked after the expiration of the validity.

# 4.2 Frequently Asked Questions about Invoices

1. After clicking "Payout," you didn't do anything, and you returned to find that the status of the invoice has changed to "invoices"? A: This is just a change in status. Clicking "view" can continue to open the ticket without affecting the opening of the ticket.

2. After filling in the invoice information and submitting the inquiry, is there any support for modifying the contents of the iinvoice? A: Yes. When the status of an invoice is "in invoice," it is supported to modify the contents of the invoice as needed.

3. After clicking "Cancel billing," I find that I can't bill again. What do I do? A: It is recommended that the invoice be collected in a timely manner as needed. If the inquiry information is found to be incorrect, it can be changed in a prompt manner without clicking "Cancellation." After the unauthorized cancellation of the ticket, you can contact the product and customer service staff to reopen it.

4. An invoice has been issued, but it is found that the invoice information is incorrectly entered. What is to be done? A: Generally speaking, an invoice has been issued, and the invoice cannot be reopened because of an error in filling in information. If there are special circumstances that require manual processing, the corresponding product and staff can be contacted to return the invoice and reopen the operation.
