# 1.2 Version Dxplaination

Currently, Gateway offers the following standard package versions:

1. Starter Edition: Suitable for start-up business with QPS less than 100
2. Basic Edition: Suitable for business with QPS less than 500
3. Standard Edition: Suitable for small and medium businesses with QPS less than 1000

# 1.3 Length of purchase

Available on a monthly basis/Annual purchase, monthly valid for a fixed period of 30 days, not according to the natural number of daysThe annual fixed period of validity is 360 days. # 1.4 Package Renewal

Renew the current use of the package version, after the successful renewal, the package version will be updated according to the purchase time. For example: If the current package version is the standard version, valid from October 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023, and the renewal time is 2 months, then after renewal, the current package version is valid from October 1, 2023 to December 29, 2023.

# 1.5 Package Upgrade

As the business grows, the existing package version QPS/Bandwidth and other amounts do not meet the actual needs of the business, the need to increase the amount of package version upgrade. • Definition of Days Used: How many days a user has used the plan versionExample: If the user purchased the Standard Edition on February 15, 1 month, and wants to upgrade on February 17, the user has used it for 3 days.

# 1.6 Product downmatching

Such as the business existing use of the package version QPS/Bandwidth and other amounts have resource redundancy and need to downgrade the package version. This issue does not support online distribution capacity, if you need to reduce distribution can contact product related personnel in the user group.

# 1.7 Product expires

The platform will no longer support the business to continue to use the corresponding security gateway. All traffic will go through the original service public network link no longer protected by the security gateway WeChat private link, need to be re-purchased after use, please pay attention to the expiration time of the package, timely renewal. Console related configuration information is not processed, after the renewal resume to continue to use.

# II. Resource Packages

# 2.1 Resource Pack Dxplaination

The resource package is a supplement to the fixed package, which is used to upgrade the gateway QPS in a short time under the scenarios of peak activities and business pressure measurement./Bandwidth limit, avoid exceeding the protection failure, affecting the expected effect.

Resource packs are divided into flexible resource packs and pressure test resource packs, the difference between the two is as follows:

• Flexible Resource Pack: It is used to increase the maximum amount of online business activities. The charge is calculated according to the actual consumption every day, and the charge is settled and refunded according to the actual consumption of the business after the validity period of the resource pack.
• Pressure test resource pack: In addition to increasing the upper limit of online business activities, it also supports the concurrent upper limit of pressure test tools during the validity period (you can launch any pressure test within the upper limit of the validity period)Because the pressure measurement resources are reserved, so regardless ofPressure Measurement Resource PackageHow much to use or not, are not supported refund.

Currently support from the same day to the next month, optional within the range of 30 days, by day for the purchase of 1-5 days long resource pack (single day valid time: the default valid time is 00: 00-23: 59, if the day of purchase is valid until the day of 23: 59, will not be extended).

The resource package size can be flexibly configured to purchase, currently as per QPS (100 integer) Input is valid, bandwidth is provided at a fixed ratio (bandwidth : The QPS is fixed in proportion to 1 : 50）

Example: Purchase 7-9 August 2024 (3 days in total) 200 QPS Resource Pack. The total price is: 99.90 X 3 days X （200QPS/100QPS） = 599.4 yuan

The resource pack is allowed to be purchased superimposed, and the charge is charged according to the order of purchase. At the same time, the total amount of purchase is limited as follows:

• Flexible Resource Packs: Single Resource packs can be purchased up to 10 WQPS, which allows overlay purchases.
• Pressure Measurement Resource Package: All Platform Users Share One Day 10 WQPS, if during the day other users purchase the pressure test resource pack and the total amount has been occupied 10 WQPS, then the resource pack is sold out on the day and cannot be purchasedIf you choose a multi-day validity period, you will check the daily pressure test resource inventory, any day beyond the inventory limit, you do not support the order.

For example, select 200 QPS Resource Pack, the default fixed comes with 4 Mbps Bandwidth. If you buy on the basis of bandwidth, you need to multiply the proportional purchase accordingly.

# 2.2 Resource Package Usage

The Resource Pack allows overlay purchase and use, and the corresponding rules during the validity period are as follows:

1. Flexible Resource Pack and Pressure Test Resource Pack are available for purchase on the same day, effective immediately until 23: 59 on the same day (the validity period is shortened, the price is unchanged, it is recommended to plan ahead and not buy temporarily)
2. On the same day, calculate the total amount of resource packs during the validity period, plus fixed package amount, real-time display of the day's upper limit QPS And bandwidth limits.

Flexible Resource Pack Daily Deduction Rules:

1. At the end of the day, the system will take out the highest QPS per second and the highest bandwidth, using the Maximum QPS and Maximum bandwidth*50Maximum value, as the day billing base value. The charging base value is in hundreds, and the insufficient 100 Press 100 Calculate and get the final billing value.
2. The billing value will be deducted from the package amount in turn, and the resource package amount will be deducted according to the purchase order (if there is a pressure test resource package, the pressure test resource package will be deducted first)

Pressure Measurement Resource Pack Dxplaination:

1. In addition to increasing the upper limit of online business activities, the pressure test resource pack also supports the concurrent upper limit of pressure test tools during the validity period.
2. The actual pressure measurement QPS amount is: fixed package amount + Resource package overlay amount. # 2.3 Resource Pack Refund

The Flexible Resource Pack refund rules are as follows:

• Before the validity period: At present, the flexible resource package does not support the refund before the validity period. You need to confirm the need before the purchase, and the subsequent plan supports the refund before the effective date.
• Within the validity period: The resource pack does not support refund during the validity period. If you need to stop access, please stop the gateway access directly. The flexible resource pack will be charged and refunded according to the actual use at the time of settlement.

Example: Purchase 7-9 August 2024 (3 days in total) 200 QPS Resource Pack, but 8, 9 days without any access, the refund will not be deducted 8, 9 day resource pack fee, will be valid after the end of the period, according to the actual use of chargeback.

Pressure test resource package refund rules are as follows:

• Before the validity period: At present, the pressure test resource pack does not support the refund before the validity period. It needs to be confirmed before the purchase, and the subsequent plan supports the refund before the effective date.

# 2.4 Elastic Resource Packet Settlement

After the expiration of the Flexible Resource Pack, the system will automatically deduct the fee according to the billing logic and return the remaining fee to the original payment method. The deduction rules are as follows:

1. At the end of each day, the system takes out the highest QPS per second and the highest bandwidth, using the Maximum QPS and Maximum bandwidth*50Maximum value, as the day billing base value.
