# WeChat Gateway Features Terms of Service

Welcome to use WeChat gateway function!In order to apply to use the WeChat Gateway feature, you should read and abide by the WeChat Network Gateway Terms of Service (hereinafter: these Terms). Please read and fully understand the corresponding terms of these Terms carefully before accepting an application to use this feature and choose to accept or not to accept. Restrictions and waiver clauses may be in bold form to alert you. Unless you have read and accepted these Terms and all related agreements, rules, etc., you are not entitled to apply to use this feature. By applying to use this feature, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

# I. The meaning of the terms

1.1 WeChat Gateway function: refers to the gateway service provided by Tencent as a service provider to provide users with security links, traffic management and other capabilities.It is simply called "This Feature" or "WeChat Gateway."

1.2 WeChat Gateway function users: refers to individuals, legal persons or other organizations that use WeChat gateway functions after valid registration and application, including two types of WeChat gateway function users: (1) Developers who log in to the background through the development platform and apply for opening WeChat gateway functions; (2) Subsequent extensions of this feature are aimed at other types of users.Collectively referred to as "you" or "WeChat gateway feature user."

1.3 WeChat Gateway feature-specific rules: refers to agreements, operational specifications, feature statements, business rules, bulletin guidelines, intra-site letter notices, etc. that have been issued and will be issued in the future regarding this feature.They are collectively referred to as "special rules" or "special guidelines for WeChat gateway functions."

# II. On the WeChat gateway function

2.1 The gateway function refers to a series of functions of gateway services provided by Tencent as a service provider to provide users with security links and traffic management capabilities.

2.2 You understand and agree that the Tencent Services you obtain through these Terms are for your use only in accordance with the relevant Tencent Rules. Without Tencent's express written consent, you may not transfer, lend, authorize others to use the service, or use it beyond the scope of the agreements and rules. Otherwise, any legal consequences and / or liability arising therefrom shall be borne by you. Therefore, if you have caused losses to Tencent, you will make compensation.

# III. Rights and obligations of users of this feature

3.1 Your actions shall comply with these Terms and the relevant agreements in the WeChat Gateway Function Specific Rules.

3.2 You must ensure that you have obtained legal business qualifications in accordance with relevant state regulations and have the right to operate its products and services in accordance. Where national and local laws and regulations require you to license or file for access to apps, you should clearly state this and submit the corresponding legal and valid certificate of license or filing, otherwise Tencent has the right to refuse to provide internet access and other services.

3.3 If Tencent finds or receives reports or complaints from others that you violate the special rules of the WeChat gateway function or are suspected of illegal acts,You must, in accordance with Tencent's instructions, promptly and effectively address any potentially illegal content that causes damage to Tencent or a third party, and you shall be fully liable.

3.4 You must comply with relevant laws and regulations when using the WeChat gateway, and maintain the order and security of the mutual network;You may not engage in acts including but not limited to the following, nor may you facilitate any violation of laws and regulations:

3.4.1 To commit acts that endanger national security, honour and interests, incite subversion of state power and overthrow of the socialist system, incite division of the country and undermine national unity, promote terrorism, extremism, and promote ethnic hatred and discrimination.

3.4.2 Engage in fraudulent, false or misleading acts, or engage in violation of any legitimate interests, such as the intellectual property rights of others, such as "私服s" or "外挂s."

3.4.3 Publishing and disseminating spam (SPAM) or content that contains information that violates laws and regulations, such as information that endangers national order and security, feudal superstition, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or other such content.

3.4.4 Violate the operating rules for networks, devices or services connected to Tencent's network; Illegal or unauthorized access, misappropriation, interference or monitoring.

3.4.5 Do any act that undermines or attempts to undermine network security, including but not limited to malicious scanning of websites and servers, illegal intrusion into systems, illegal acquisition of data, etc. by viruses, trojans, malicious code, phishing, etc.

3.4.6. Implement any changes or attempts to alter the configuration of the system provided by Tencent Services or to compromise the security of the system; Use technology or other means to disrupt or disrupt the operation of Tencent Services or the use of Tencent services by others; To interfere with or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of any Tencent product or any part or function in any way, or to produce, publish, disseminate the tools and methods mentioned above.

3.4.7 For engaging in activities including, but not limited to, "DNS Resolution," "Security Services," "Domain Name Proxy," Any business such as "reverse proxying" that results in your own frequent attacks (including but not limited to DDoS attacks) and fails to correct your behavior in a timely manner or to eliminate the impact as required by Tencent, thereby affecting the platform or others.

3.4.8 The implementation includes, but is not limited to, the unlicensed operation of payment business, the illegal absorption of public deposits, the fraudulent collection of funds, gambling, etc., or the provision of aid or assistance for such activities.

3.5 You agree to authorize Tencent to ensure the safe and efficient operation of your business, effectively intercept woolly parties, black and grey produce, etc. Based on private links and intelligent analytical models, combined with DDoS protection, CC protection, bot protection and other capabilities, relevant de-identification and anonymization capabilities technologies and means will be used to accurately identify and mark fake people and machines.Fakes, real-life fakes, real-world real-life real-life machines, etc., and provide you with feedback in a timely manner. In order to complete the above process, you undertake to explicitly disclose to the user the authorization of the user's relevant information to Tencent in your Weixin Mini Program User Privacy Agreement.

# IV. Tencent's rights and obligations

4.1 Unless required by relevant laws and regulations, Tencent will not attempt to access or disclose data stored by you using the WeChat gateway, and you will manage your access to and use of customer data according to Tencent's relevant services.Therefore, you should independently bear all legal responsibility for the content, information, and behavior involved in the use of the WeChat gateway.

4.2 You should back up your data according to your own needs. Tencent provides data backup services only in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations or the rules of service. Tencent is responsible only within the scope of the services agreed upon by law or in accordance to these Terms and the special rules for gateway functions.

4.3 If Tencent finds or receives reports or complaints from others that you violate the special rules of the WeChat gateway function or are suspected of illegal acts,Tencent reserves the right to remove and block relevant content at any time without notice, and depending on the circumstances of the behaviour, punish violators, including but not limited to warnings. You shall be subject to all legal obligations arising from the restriction or prohibition of the use of some or all of the features, the suspension until termination of the service, the delay or cessation of settlement, the freezing or withholding of relevant payments, and the right to refuse to provide the service to you again. At the same time, you must, in accordance with Tencent's instructions, promptly and effectively deal with potentially illegal content that causes damage to Tencent or third parties, and you shall bear full liability.

4.4 Tencent to you in the process of using the WeChat gateway legality,Security and its performance, development capabilities, and performance capabilities are not responsible for defects at any level, and any disputes arising from your WeChat Gateway function with any third party shall be resolved by you yourself and bear all legal responsibility therefrom.

4.5 Tencent reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any user who violates the law according to reasonable judgment, and to keep relevant information to report to the relevant authorities in accordance with laws and regulations or to provide relevant information pursuant to court or government orders. You alone bear all legal responsibility arising therefrom.

4.6 Tencent provides you with custom domain binding services and default public domain name services. For custom domain names, you should bind your own custom domain name and ensure that the information contained in the domain name does not violate laws and regulations, does not infringe the privacy or trade secrets of others, and does not contravene public order and customs; With respect to public domain names, the purpose is to facilitate your development activities. Tencent does not guarantee the availability of public domain names and assumes no responsibility for the non-availability of domain names for any reason. The risks involved are entirely at your own risk.

# V. Others

5.1 According to operational requirements, Tencent may publish various special rules for gateway functions. Once published, the special rules for WeChat gateway functions are an integral part of these Terms and you should also comply with them. By registering or applying to use any of the services under these Terms, you are deemed to have read and agree to be bound by the special rules for the WeChat Gateway functions. Tencent reserves the right to unilaterally modify the special rules for WeChat Gateway functions if necessary. After the relevant content changes, if you continue to use this function, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified special rules of WeChat gateway functions. If you do not accept the modified content, you should stop using the functionality.

5.2 The place of signature of these articles is Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province of the People's Republic of China.

5.3 The establishment, entry into force, implementation, interpretation and settlement of disputes shall apply to the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict laws).

5.4 If any disputes or disputes arise between you and Tencent, they should be resolved in good faith consultation first. If these consultations are not successful, both parties agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the court of competent jurisdiction of the place where these articles are signed.

5.5 The titles of all provisions are for reading purposes only and have no practical meaning in themselves and cannot be used as a basis for interpreting the meaning of these provisions. (Finished)
