Once developers complete the registration, verification, and development of a Mini Program, they can move on to its launch. The main steps are as follows:
1) Submit the Mini Program for review after development.
a) In the Weixin Developer Tools, select "Upload" to upload the Mini Program code to the Weixin server.
b) Go to Weixin Official Accounts Platform and scan the QR code to log into the Mini Program console. Enter the basic information and feature descriptions of the Mini Program.
c) Under "Management -> Version Management", the development version will display the uploaded code. The admin can submit it for review on this page.
2) Enter the review information.
a) Configure feature information: Enter the categories and tags for important business pages. The number of important business page groups cannot exceed 5.
b) Test account information: Enter a test Weixin account and password. It won't be shown at first, but if needed, the platform will ask for it after submission. The admin should then follow the instructions to enter the information.
Note: If the Mini Program needs a test account for review, it will be rejected on the first submission. When resubmitted, an option to provide a test account will be available. This account will be used by Weixin reviewers to log in and evaluate the Mini Program.
3) After submission, the platform will review the Mini Program. The review progress will be displayed in the Review Version module on the development management page.
4) After the code passes the review, developers need to manually click "Launch" to make the Mini Program go live.
Note: If the code review is not passed, it may be due to the reasons outlined in the Code Review Guidelines. Please modify as prompted.
5) Operation and maintenance: After the Mini Program is launched, you can manage and operate it on Weixin Official Accounts Platform. For example, you can use WeAnalysis to view Mini Program data, collect user feedback, and update it to improve the user experience.
