目前小程序跳转公众号有三种方法：

1、official-account组件（有场景值限制）：https://developers.weixin.qq.com/miniprogram/dev/component/official-account.html ；

2、web-view组件打开关联公众号的文章链接，用户点击公众号名称或卡片就能进入到公众号主页：https://developers.weixin.qq.com/miniprogram/dev/component/web-view.html ；

3、小程序内可长按识别公众号二维码。
