手机系统 ios13.3

iphone8 手机 第一次从没有tabbar的页面进入有tabbar的页面之后，出现了2个问题：

1、tabar定位错误，应该是第1个的，定位到第3个，内容还是第一个页面的内容；

2、内容会被tabbar遮掉部分高度，切换之后又正常了
