视频号的电子面单BUG，如下

1、问题描述：用一个唯一幂等ID（"ewaybill_order_id":"6031495"）创建电子面单时，系统提示：{"errcode":10025019,"errmsg":"电子面单已存在 rid: 658a6023-579bd1d5-0fefb327"}，但是用（"ewaybill_order_id":"6031495"）查询电子面单时，提示是矛盾的：{"errcode": 10025010,"errmsg": "电子面单订单不存在，请确认面单ID rid: 658a8570-436e6a2c-27a67934"}

2、创建单据时的请求日志：
