硬件是全志A133芯片，系统是Android10.0；运行demo，提示设备激活失败，请确认WMPF处于运行状态 。 但我查了下进程WMPF是有在运行的，而在其他硬件，瑞芯微RK3399（Android7.0）、瑞芯微RK3568（Android11.0），全志A64（Android6.0）都是可以正常启动小程序的，麻烦看一下，谢谢！

看起来 wmpf 服务被杀了，检查一下你们系统里是否有一些权限相关的设置，比如允许后台服务运行等。
已解决，系统白名单添加包名后正常 ，文件：android/device/softwinner/common/config/awbms_config
