1653235200时间是23号，但是11117是昨天的22号的步数，时差5个小时，请问如何解决呢？

背景是：根据运动步数的活动图，每日提交个人的步数的活动，不局限于国内和国际，昨天国外的用户发来这个问题，跟踪日志获后跟下图及demo返回的是一样的
我也遇到了，国外的返回的是昨天的，今天的无法获取到
把手机的时区改成非北京，获取到的步数就是昨天的步数了，无法获取到今天的最新步数
请问官方如何解决
