调用自定义交易组件的接口，报api unauthorized
https://api.weixin.qq.com/shop/funds/getbankaccount
https://api.weixin.qq.com/shop/funds/getbalance
两个都是报这个错误，是第三方开发者的账户。
不知道是什么原因，其他的小程序都正常，就其中一个出现这个问题，重新授权，还是这个提示，权限也都有的。找不到原因。
