调用群发接口：https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/message/mass/sendall
接口返回数据为：api unauthorized rid: 657ee27c-247a0183-2e3b5815，这是什么问题，可以帮忙看看吗？
同样的访问方式，在测试公众号上是正常的，而且在公众号平台上群发素材也是正常的，就是Open API发不了。
