I had previously registered a WeChat mini app for a foreign-invested enterprise (WFOE) in Shanghai using a passport number, as the registration process offered an option for "Chinese ID" or "Other." I provided my passport number, along with my China Mobile phone bills, and the registration went smoothly 3-4 years ago.

Now, we have established a new company, and I am following the same procedures, but this time the company "Crediteyes" is giving me a hard time during the approval process. Even though I explained that I had previously registered in the same way, they insist on asking for a Chinese ID. I questioned why there is an option for "Chinese ID" or "Other" during registration if they only accept Chinese IDs now, but they gave no answer. I also asked why the registration was successful before using the same method, and again, no response. If I had a Chinese ID, the system would automatically approve it, so why did I pay $100 to start this approval process? No answer to that either.

They also insist on asking why I requested an invoice, even though I had already communicated my request for one at the time of applying for approval. Additionally, they asked me to send money to their account, which I did, but they claimed they couldn’t find it. I even sent a screenshot as proof.

If you are going to make it so difficult for foreigners, why accept us in the first place?

Why was I able to register before, but now "Crediteyes" seems to be making things unnecessarily complicated? I cannot reach anyone from the WeChat platform for assistance.

我之前曾为一家在上海注册的外资企业（WFOE）注册过一个微信小程序，当时的注册流程允许选择“身份证”或“其他”。因为我们没有中国身份证，所以我选择了“其他”，并提供了护照号码和中国移动的电话账单，3-4年前这个注册过程非常顺利。

他们还坚持询问为什么我要求发票，尽管我在申请审批时已经明确提出过这个请求。另外，他们要求我汇款到他们的账户，我照做了，但他们说找不到这笔款项。我甚至提供了汇款截图作为证据。

如果你们要对外国人设置这么多障碍，为什么一开始要接收我们呢？

为什么我之前能够成功注册，而现在"Crediteyes"却似乎在故意制造麻烦？我无法联系到微信平台上的任何人来寻求帮助。
