请问个人或企业注册都是同样的限制吗？
91030在registerMiniprogram企业注册底部没看到这个错误码，在个人底部fastRegisterPersonalMp中91030对应提示是this wxuser has reached their daily limit of api calls；
而我是{"errcode":91030,"errmsg":"reach wxid freq limit. rid: 68358be5-063019fd-6b99fe3b"}，是否文档需要完善下
