scroll 动态设置高度后无法触发下拉刷新,怎么解决?

如果height设置为固定的常数就可以触发refresher-enabled,

    height属性的初始默认值（即scrollheight的默认值）不能为0

// 解决方案：

data: {
  scrollheight: 100
}

// or

style='height:{{scrollheight || 100}}px'
