我是平台第三方服务商，帮商家快速创建小程序，做完人面识别认证和邮箱的设置后，到扫码授权的时候，商家已经完成微信授权，但是后台却一直没收到“已授权”的回传信息，已经重复操作了几次都没有收到，到底是怎么回事？
