你好，这边调用接口的时间是2021-12-20 11:32:50，核实小程序wx278a2ed79c5182f8授权第三方wx7e29c045b5ef2e4d的时间是2021-12-20 11:59:43，也是说还未授权成功这边就调用接口了哦，麻烦现在重试下哈~可以通过该接口https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/oplatform/Third-party_Platforms/2.0/api/ThirdParty/token/api_get_authorizer_info.html查询对应的公众号或者小程序是否将权限授给第三方哈。
权限集对应的文档请参考https://deelopers.weixin.qq.com/doc/oplatform/Third-party_Platforms/2.0/product/third_party_authority_instructions.html。
