服务商微信分账-添加分账接收方API，我添加个人微信账号是没问题的，能添加成功！

但是分账对象是商户号就一直说参数错误，不管添加分账对象是普通其他特约商户还是服务商本身的商户号都报请求参数错误{"code":"PARAM_ERROR","message":"请求参数错误"}
