wx.downloadFile 失败

小程序 Bug wx.downloadFile 微信安卓客户端 7.0.9 2.9.1

删除小程序之后第一次下载是能够成功下载的，然后第二次下载就不行了。真机调试我每次都必现。wx.downloadFile 会进fail回调，错误信息：errMsg: "downloadFile:fail fail the maximum size of the file storage limit is exceeded"  我这个视频只有7M多
