之前提问说的，平台证书过期了，apiv2的接口，不需要管，现在证书有问题，是需要重新开启吗
平台证书是V3接口用的，V2接口退款用的是商户API证书，根据你问题描述你这报错大概率是商户API证书过期了，需要生成新的替换
