你好，经核查，调用接口时间是：2023-03-13 15:02:38，该账号wx29ea47a2c8ed2fee 授权第三方平台wxad0359965e6c1396 的时间是：2023-3-13 16:35:54，未授权成功就调用接口因此报错61007。现在可以重试下了哈
另外，可以通过该接口https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/oplatform/openApi/OpenApiDoc/authorization-management/getAuthorizerInfo.html查询对应的公众号或者小程序是否将权限授给第三方
