wx.startBluetoothDevicesDiscovery长时间使用，wx.onBluetoothDeviceFound无法发现新设备，wx.onBluetoothAdapterStateChange也没有监听到蓝牙适配器状态变化；wx.getBluetoothAdapterState获取蓝牙适配器状态也是在搜索中
