你好，第三方平台权限集中勾选成功不代表账号授权给了第三方平台，需要账号完成授权才行。
经核查，公众号账号wxb7de1f269a42e57c未授权24权限集给第三方平台wx7dc5718ee5ea98c9，完成授权后再代调用接口
