开发者可调用https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/oplatform/openApi/OpenApiDoc/authorization-management/getAuthorizerList.html拉取已授权帐号，就可以知道调用接口传的"authorizer_appid":"wx052a61da250a9fd4"是否在授权帐号列表里。
也可调用接口https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/oplatform/openApi/OpenApiDoc/openapi/getRidInfo.html自查rid信息。
