9月25号10点半左右还是发了很多消息的，但是没有收到消息推送，这段时间能收到这个公众号其他微信用户发送的消息，说明接口是能正常接收的

你好，若授权相关功能权限集（公众号权限说明查看 https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/oplatform/Third-party_Platforms/2.0/product/offical_account_authority.html）给第三方平台，第三方平台的消息与事件接收配置URL地址会接收到事件推送的 https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/offiaccount/Message_Management/Receiving_standard_messages.html。请开发者仔细检查下服务器消息并排查是否有拦截为微信方IP地址 https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/offiaccount/Basic_Information/Get_the_WeChat_server_IP_address.html
