将用户的客服消息通过云函数转发到人工客服，按照此文档开发，https://developers.weixin.qq.com/miniprogram/dev/framework/open-ability/customer-message/trans.html，运行一段时间功能正常，上周突然异常，消息转不到人工，用户的消息依然是云函数回复的。
