We are develop a web application for our web oauth sign-in, but there is some issue that we want discuss with WeChat engineer.

In this case, we are using Microsoft Azure function to connect created web application and then the issue happen. We found Microsoft support to check out the issue log and they may need to decode the token. We hope discuss that problem in email, so how to raise a official support with my WeChat Open platform account?
