# 3 WeChat Introduction to the overall scheme of electronic invoice

The electronic invoices are macroscopically a multi-pair multi-information transmission process: electronic invoices provide by multiple merchants, which are stored and collected by users and submitted to multiple reimbursement enterprises as credentials for reimbursement. For both merchants and reimbursement businesses, docking multiple ends of the business means significant communication and development costs. In order to solve this pain point and improve the convenience of using electronic invoice, WeChat puts forward the overall solution of electronic invoice based on the user.
In this scheme, merchants generate electronic invoices through the billing platform, and after user authorization, the electronic invoices are deposited into the user card packet. Users can view their own electronic invoices in the card package. When reimbursement is required, the enterprise number or the mobile office application of the employer pulls up the list of electronic invoices in the card package. After the user checks the invoices that need to be submitted for reimbursement, the enterprise obtains the structured data and PDF of the electronic invoices to complete the reimbursement.

# 3.1 Interaction between the various elements

See Select access mode preserved morphology The e-invoice is stored as a voucher in the user's card packet, and the access path is "I > Card Packet > My Ticket."Click on any e-invoice to view the summary of the invoice and browse the PDF file of the invoice in the invoice details.
