以前确实违规过应该在2023年，但经过整改已经审核通过，可以获取手机号了。

前几个月发布到线上，部分用户（很少的用户）提示如下图所示的问题。请问这个如何解决，和哪些因素有关系，因为只有少量用户，不好定位问题。
