第三方平台创建审核通过后没有推送component_verify_ticket，
已经在https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/oplatform/Third-party_Platforms/2.0/troubleshooting/component_verify_ticket_troubleshooting.html排错文档看过了，推送没问题处于开启状态，ip没有限制。三方appId：wx4c232826c6507426

微信后台已经推送，但是接收有问题，报错Content type 'text/xml;charset=UTF-8' not supported
设置post请求接收类型
