下单报错The corresponding provider for the merchant already exists.

错误原因我大概清楚，是上一次获取的证书还存在.

但是我是多台服务器，A服务器正常获取Config，也做了null判断，null就获取，非空就继续用，代码

A服务器正常，请求分配到B服务器就报错The corresponding provider for the merchant already exists.
