请求删除的URL是 {"prefix":"https://rms.meituan.com/dc/w/315227/"} 返回：{"errcode":0,"errmsg":"ok"}
但是2023-08-28 17:29:23 查询跳转规则时，https://rms.meituan.com/dc/w/315227/ 跳转规则还存在
