t.WeixinWorker.appServiceMsgHandler is not a func？

新建带有底部tab的小程序项目，例如【TDesign组件库模板】，点击打开任何非tab页，会报 Uncaught TypeError: t.WeixinWorker.appServiceMsgHandler is not a function 错误。

      我这边选择任何基础库都会报这个错，包括3.8.0、3.8.6、3.8.9、3.8.10、3.8.12、3.9.0、3.9.2、3.9.3、3.10.0、3.10.1

      有时候也会一起报 Uncaught ReferenceError: WeixinJSBridge is not defined 错误

    可以升级下工具看看，这个问题在新版本修复了：https://developers.weixin.qq.com/miniprogram/dev/devtools/nightly.html
