第三方平台配置了授权事件接收URL，还没有全网发布，第三方平台appid:wx1e26689ee5d19d05，收不到推送的验证票据component_verify_ticket 状态： 1、云服务申请的时候填写了但是不用配置自己的服务器 2、接收API 测试POST请求是正常的 3、推送Ticket 开通正常
