扫公众号带参数的二维码后，获取用户信息，qr_scene_str是空的？
通过https://developers.weixin.qq.com/doc/offiaccount/Account_Management/Generating_a_Parametric_QR_Code.html 已经成功生成了带参数的二维码，部分用户扫码后，使用https://api.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/user/info 接口获取到的qr_scene_str是空字符串。 如图： [图片] [图片]
